When I fire IE 6.0 I get the following SpyBot Msg "Spybot-S&D has blocked the download of "Aventure A, Inc."!" and then I cannot access the Internet Options under tools. I then get this error "The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

Here is my hijack log.
