Hello moosenbabe, I have received some feedback from others who had this same issue. You will probably not like it, but most comments pointed to Incredimail and the other junk that gets installed with this resource waster. While I can't authenticate that without infecting my computer and trying to duplicate your issue. I will however, give you the link to the thread as you can review it as a member of TomCoyote. I hope this helps,

(Comments are quoted from the person who worked the thread, I do not believe they will object me sharing them with you)

"If you read into the 4th page I think after she uninstalled incredimail
it went away although it might have been when I had her remove these""

This is from a Classroom Teacher: "Get the user to set the home page to SOMETHING or the default is a page called 'about:blank'.

NOT the CWS A:B but the default page for IE.

So get her to set the home page to say google - then see if there is a problem."

Also, while we are at it, I see you have allowed this:
O15 - Trusted Zone: *.musicmatch.com
This means MusicMatch can put anything on your computer without asking, and NOTHING can stop it, hence the "Trusted Zone". I would personally not allow my mother to have this permission.

Here's hoping this information helps you.

Thanks…pskelley
