I know that I've been infected by kudd.com and surfsidekick. I followed some of the instructions from other threads. I uninstalled and deleted the files in Safemode, and fixed some of the surfsidekick entries in my HijackThis log.
The create a monster thingee stopped showing up, but I still get these two reoccurring pop-ups:

www.smileycentral.com
69.20.56.3/yyy6.html

I ran updated versions of Ad-Aware and Spybot. There is this DSO Exploit that keeps coming back no matter how many times I fix it on Spybot:

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Internet Settings\Zones\0\1004!=w=3

I hope some of this information helps. Here is my HijackThis log. Please help. Thank you.

Make sure that you have no browser windows open as this could prevent the fix from working properly. Open HijackThis, scan and when complete, remove the following entries by checking the box to the left and clicking 'fixed checked':

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SESync] "C:\PROGRAM FILES\SED\SED.EXE"
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [VBouncer] C:\PROGRA~1\VBOUNCER\VirtualBouncer.exe

Click here, for instructions on how to enable hidden files and folders to be visible. After enabling, reboot into safe mode by tapping F8 after the BIOS has loaded, find and delete the following:

C:\PROGRAM FILES\SED\ <– folder
C:\PROGRAM FILES\VBOUNCER\ <– folder

Reboot when done, rescan with HJT and post a new log here for a final check over.
Thanks for the help. I followed all of the instructions above. Except I couldn't find the file

C:\PROGRAM FILES\VBOUNCER\

But I did everything else.

I kept my browser open for a half an hour to see what happens, and I still keep getting the same three reoccuring pop-ups:

69.20.56.3/yyy6.html

69.20.61.245/[removed]/ad-armoire.htm

Is it AdAware SE you have? If not, click here to download Ad-Aware SE and install. Before scanning click on "check for updates now" to make sure you have the latest reference file. Click "Start", select "Perform Full System scan" and "Next" to start the scan. When the scan is finished, the screen will tell you if anything has been found, click "Next". The bad files will be listed, right click the pane and click "Select all objects" - this will put a check mark in the box at the side, click "Next" again and click "OK" at the prompt "# objects will be removed. Continue?".

Reboot when done. Next, download the Lavasoft VX2 cleaner plug-in into AAW SE from here

Close Ad-Aware SE and Ad-Watch (if running). Download the file to your desktop, double-click it to run it and it will install into AAW itself. Open AAW, go to add ons and run the tool. Let me know if it removed anything.

Reboot when done and let me know if it found anything.
Thanks for the excellent advice. I didn't know there was a newer version of Ad-Aware. I downloaded it and ran it. It detected and got rid of a load of objects. I used the smart system scan first, and everything was deleted with no problems. Then I tried the full system scan, and there are about 20 critical objects that would not clear even after rebooting. They are all objects in the folder C:\_RESTORE\TEMP\ Should I just ignore it? Is it safe to just delete everything from my C:\_RESTORE\TEMP\ folder? I still got pop-ups after the scans. Then I downloaded the VX2 add-on thingee, and ran that. I haven't had a pop-up since then, so I think the problem is solved. Thank you so much.
You're welcome - glad to help :D Delete all files in that folder.

To help keep you clean follow the recommendations in Tony's article here:

So how did I get infected in the first place?
