My son and I share a Dell Dimension 8250…he uses it for gaming and Photoshop. Lately we've been experiencing alot of lagging and momentary freezing. I have Spybot, Webroot Spysweeper, Adaware, Registry Mechanic, and Norton installed but nothing seems to help. I updated the Bios at Dell website, then tried to install Windows XP SP2, but half way thru it stopped saying "Access Denied", then removed all files it had installed up to that point. The error code was 80070005. Hopefully you can help from my HJT log.

Thanks…
