Please check the attached log, just run, to determine if there is any "new" malware on it?

I have attempted unsuccessfully for the past 45 minutes to get the Trend Housecall to install its plug-in so I can do a scan. It keeps saying that I need the "Netscape" plug-in, which I KNOW I installed the last time I did a scan. I am NOT useing Netscape, I am using Firefox, and even when I do go to Netscape to try to do this, it keeps trying to install it into the "C" drive, even though I am working on the D drive to do this scan.

I am attaching the log from the last scan which I just performed. PLEASE CHECK THIS OUT AND DETERMINE IF THERE IS SOMETHING IN THERE WHICH IS NOT RIGHT, OR SOMETHING WHICH I NEED TO HAVE IN THERE THAT IS CAUSING THE PROBLEM.

Need ASAP as I KNOW I have a trojan, but the NAV is unable to find it. I even know what it is. It is the one related to the "hh.exe", and is quite old. I should be protected from this as I am up-to-date with ALL patches. Running XP Pro on this drive.

I could not locate the e-mail notification when I posted this message. Please tell me how I can do this so I receive notification when a response is made to my post? THANK YOU.
Please read the messages I have posted and review the last log so I can try to determine if I have more malware on the computer. I am still unable to DL the Trend House Call, and other "things" are not as they should be. PLEASE HELP ASAP. THANK YOU
Chris RLG: PLEASE forgive me for messing things up. The problem I was having, apparently is not related to malware, so therefore it must be a browser problem. I continually attempted to excute the DL which is required by Trend Housecall, with two different browsers all to no avail. I thought that perphaps after all the malware had been removed the first time (with the help of HJT and the removal of numerous items) , that a hacker had possibly reinstalled more. Therefore I ran a new log and submitted it for review in an attempt to determine if I had been reinfected. I do apologize for my anxiety, but when a person has had hacking problems for several years, and had their computers filled with various malware, they become "paranoid". After receiving your message, I again attempted the Trend Housecall using a browser which I would rather not have utilized . However it was successful this time. I will NEVER reply to my own posts again, nor will I send any more posts regarding one to which I have not received a reply. I feel terrible about this. THANK YOU for checking the log for me as that allayed my anxieties about having more malware placed on the computer. My MOST sincere apologies. I don't know what we would do without your wonderful web site.
We don't mind you coming in for a check up :) Its sometimes nice to see a clean log - we forget what they look like  If you need to come back again - try not to post in your topic - as I said that was why you got overlooked. May your God go with you.
Chris TLG: Thank you so much for the very uplifting message. It meant a great deal to me, as I felt really badly about how I messed up. GOD BLESS YOU FOR BEING THE WONDERFUL PERSON YOU ARE!! I don't know what we would do without people like you in this world.
