Cool Web Search And Webdialer

I can't change Cool Web Search as my homepage and I get this webdialer keep popping up, trying to get me to make an international call to prolly get porn of some kind. I've run Panda Anti-virus, SpyBot and AdAware, and everytime I run it, I pick up the same stuff. What do I have to do? Here is my log:

Can I ask why people read my posts, but then don't help? I'm just kind of confused on that, as well as frustrated that my computer has issues on it that I don't know how to deal with :(

my computer has been having virus issues for the past 5 weeks now. Everytime I open Internet Explorer, some "Cool Web Search" website opens up instead of my main one, and when I go to change it, it always goes back. Spyware consistantly picks up stuff if each time I scan it, even if it's three times in a row without doing anything else. Same thing with AdAware. My anti-virus software also can't remove some of the viruses that are on my computer as well. This is my third time posting here with no help, I know people have read my posts, but if you can help, PLEASE DO!

Hi The Cheez, Sorry about you getting skipped, part of how we work the boards is starting with posts with no replies. Just for your information. I've asked a Mod to delete your other posts, and we will be working in this one from now on.

You are running Two copies of HiJackThis, please delete one on your Desktop.
not the one in it's own folder on the desktop.

I notice you do have Spybot S&D installed, make sure it is fully updated.
Do you have Ad-Aware SE?
Ad-Aware 6.*** is no longer being updated.

When that is done, I need you to download a tool called CWShredder, you can find it here: http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html

You are Running a Program Called Imesh. this Program installs spyware each time it is run. Here are some alternative Peer to Peer, that dont come bundled with spyware. http://forums.spywareinfo.com/swi/articles/p2p/ look in the CLEAN section.
Please Uninstall Imesh.

You also have a program called Windows SyncroAd, this is spyware also.
you should be able to remove it using Add/Remove Programs in your control panel. if it is not there, don't worry, we'll get it in another step.

Next Please reboot your machine in Safe Mode.
to do that, restart your machine, and tap F8 until the start menu appears.
choose safe mode.

run CWShredder in safe mode, choose 'FIX' instead of just 'Scan'

When that is finished, Please Restart Normally and post a new log.
There will still be more to do.

Can I ask why people read my posts, but then don't help? I'm just kind of confused on that, as well as frustrated that my computer has issues on it that I don't know how to deal with :(
