Reboot in "safe" mode. Use the link in my signature to tell you how if necessary.

Find and delete:

c:\documents and settings\nihowl~1.rsa\local settings\temp\djtopr1150.exe <— file
(unsure of full folder name. Starts with "nihowl")

c:\program files\web_rebates <— FOLDER

Some malware files may be "hidden". Use the link in my signature to explain how to show "hidden" files if necessary.

Reboot in normal mode and post a new log file. :)

Norman, do you have a clue how this was installed on your machine?
Looks like you fixed it again! Thanks. I don't know how that got in there. Thanks again.
