Click start>my computer>right click on local disk>quota>remove the check mark on enable quota mamagement.
You may need to reboot for the changes to work.
Then let me know how it works.

Okay, I did what you said, and everything went smoothly until I tried to run the setup for neverwinter nights. same error message showed up,
first it said "autorun.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
then when I tried to run setup from explore, it said
"E:\Setup.exe
Only part of a readprocessmemory ro writeprocessmemory request was completed."
any ideas? heres another log.
