Pop-ups Never Quit

I've run Ad-aware se, Spybot and McAffee VirusScan plus Trojan Hunter, CW shredder and ADSSpy. Right now they all show that my computer is clean. However, after I reboot and use IE even once, I'm all infected again. I ran Hyjackthis and the logfile shows several items that look suspicious. I'm afraid to do anything more since I'm only moderately computer literate. Can anyone help me with this?

hello abeauchaine,

first i would uninstall Viewpoint via the add/remove programs panel
next:
Make sure your PC is configured to show hidden files:

Double click my computers & Go to Tools > Folder Options. Click on the View tab and make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" and untick "hide extensions for known file types" . Now click "Apply to all folders"
Click "Apply" then "OK"

Reboot your PC into SAFE MODE(tap F5 key at start up, chose safe mode)

ok still in safe mode find and delete these;
C:\WINDOWS\System32\wbomzuek.exe (delete only the exe file in the system32 folder)

Empty Temp folders. Go to Start > Run and type:cleanmgr. Windows will scan. When done check these 3 and press *ok* to remove:

Temporary Files
Temporary Internet Files
Recycle Bin

also for malware, removal i would stick with one of these:

Ad-aware
Pest Patrol
Spybot Search & Destroy
Webroot Spy Sweeper
