Please Help, I Am Waiting In Limbo

I feel like my computer is all messed up. My IE is acting weird, I posted my log from hijackthis last night. My display on my computer does not cover the who screen. I am getting pop-ups still with spybot and ad-aware. Can someone please help Thank you Susie
