Hi I am using Windows10 with Firefox on an HP laptop. I had an extension installed in Firefox : Custom Scrollbars by Wesley Branton to widen the Outlook email vertical scrollbars and add up/down arrows. These bars/arrows disappeared for some unknown reason and defaulted to slim scrollbars (I feel I clicked accidentally somewhere in the reading panes). I removed the extension, shut down the computer/then restarted. Then I re-installed the extension and the wide bars/arrows were present again. All was fine for a few days until this fault repeated, probably my accidental/inaccurate clicking again. So I again removed the extension and re-installed it. This time no wide bars/arrows returned. At this time I discovered that some web pages would not open from Firefox, others did. I have since removed the extension and checked that I can open the webpages in a private window and I can. So it seem that within the standard Firefox window there is something blocking opening of some web pages. I seek help in repairing this issue with Firefox and the re-installation of the custom scrollbar extension. P.s I had been using this extension in Firefox for many years without any issues until now. Thanks in anticipation of assistance. Regards........Barry
