I type better when I can hear it. Also find the sound pleasant. (My wife finds it highly annoying.)
There are instructions for turning on sound in Win 10, but at step 3 I don't see the page or button they refer to (not uncommon) so no-go,
I've tried Clickey, but sometimes it is audible and sometimes not.
Tried Home Typist. Has a horrible sound; tried to turn it off.
1) when I go to run it out of my start button, it doesn't open in a visible window.
2) it vanished from my taskbar
3) I tried normal uninstall
popup says it cannot be uninstalled while running
cannot find it to turn it off
tried Task Manager; app doesn't show up as running
4) tried Ashampoo Uninstaller; same problem.
5) rebooted; still came up running with no apparent way to turn it off
My mouse arrow now (before and after reboot) carries along a permanent hourglass.
REAL annoying process. Can you help?
