Hello again,

I need your help. I use Windows 10 on a hp laptop and a couple of months ago I bought some JBL wireless in-ear headphones. At first they worked well, no trouble, then a couple of days ago they wouldn't connect. I turn on bluetooth and under audio it says "paired". If I click on audio it says "connecting" but after a minute or so a message appears " that didn't work. Make sure your device is discoverable" How do I do that?. The only instructions that come with the headphones are diagrams mainly and not much use to me. What have I done?

The headphones work no trouble with my I-pad.

Please help,

Pendle
