why does this message box keep appearing on my mobile?

i keep getting a "unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" message pop up on my mobile phone. each time i press ok & it goes away…until minutes later when it happens again…& again.

I don't know what's causing it or how to fix it.

 

My mobile is a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini, which uses 4.2.2 Android. I've had this mobile 5 years, so i know it's old. :/

 

I've noticed when I open up my Google Opinion Rewards app I immediately get that message box. When I click ok it closes that box & the app!

I've had that app for years & never had any problems.

Do you think that app could he causing that message box to come up?

I researched what the error message is trying to say,  I haven't seen it before but it was on the internet.
