Ethernet is 15 seconds slow to connect to the internet. This is the error message I get. I have followed Google to no avail.

Windows 20H2 , 64 bit, updated.

I have changed cables, reset the router from Comcast, ran the trouble shooter.

Your title says no valid IP configuration but then in your text, you suggest you do eventually connect after about 15 seconds. That would suggest you do eventually get a good IP.

Have you tried a different computer to see if it has the same problems?

I had my gateway replaced and that was he final solution. I now get the 600 Mbps I was supposed to get.

A struggle but worth it.
