Hi Juliet

Since my last post I have re-booted my laptop, which took an age to boot up, But once it was up and running its been a lot faster opening my browser and going on to the internet, also opening my files is a lot faster.

Before I ran the SFC.exe in the command prompt, Microsft Support link that I clicked onto in your previous post advised me to run the DISM tool first, which I did. The comments in the command prompt advised me of some faults that had been corrected. If you wish to see the DISM log I can show you.

lol no, let's dont do that cause I dont think I'd know what I was looking at :)

Things are better now?

Thing is, my opinion,  this will stay this way.

Use your computer as you normally do, dont click on anything malicious mind you ,  and let's see if this remains normal.

You think it's time to remove tools and quarantine folders?

Hello Juliet

Thank you for sticking with me to help resolve some of the issues I was having. I think maybe it is time to shut up shop now and tidy up any loose ends.

  • Please download DelFix or from Here and save the file to your Desktop.
  • Double-click DelFix.exe to run the programme.
  • Place a checkmark next to the following items:
  • Activate UAC
  • Remove disinfection tools
  • Click the Run button.
  • – This will remove the specialized tools we used to disinfect your system.
Any leftover logs, files, folders or tools remaining on your Desktop which were not removed can be deleted manually (right-click the file + delete
    ).
