Hi spv05boss03chix

and welcome to our forums

:welcome:,

Sorry to hear about the problems you have been experiencing.

Its worrying that these have been happening over a period of years, maybe we will be able to steer you in the right direction so that in the future things will run as they should and your computers will be as robust and resistant to attack as possible.

Infections usually happen through either bad luck or operator error! Hopefully in your case its not operator error, but to be on the safe side ( for the time being) do not allow anyone other than yourself to have access to your computer, There's plenty of information available here on the forums to help you improve your computer security and adopt safe techniques.

To find out exactly what has been going on with your computer you need to go to our Virus and Spyware Removal forum, post your log files there and a trained and accredited malware fighter will give you step by step directions on how best to proceed. Here's a link

https://forums.whatt...howtopic=106388

Removing malicious code is not a simple procedure so you must expect to do a little work, but don't worry your malware fighter will be there for you and guide you step by step.If you don't understand any of the step by step instructions, just ask!

It may help if you give your malware fighter a link to your topic here so they understand from the outset what you have been experiencing

Good luck

Regards
