Broken inside sound port

So, i'm sure the answer is No. but "What the Tech".

A headset was plugged into the port on the PC and it was then broken off. Seeing how now this small metal part is stuck inside the port is there anyway to retrieve it? or replace the port that is physically attached, came with the motherboard?

yes you can do both, replace the jack plug port but that would mean buying the part and then soldering it to the motherboard (you could probably just push it out from the back of the port if you can get to it, so no need to replace the part.) or there's a few methods people use to pull out the small part left inside, usually a glue method or a screw method.
