Malware suspension

i really don't know that's a malware or not but here is my suspensions , i noticed that my disk is suddenly up to 99% without any programs working on my laptop , my mouse keep loading like i have just launched a new program or tab in my browser and i noticed a pack up from my facebook profiles including all messages and videos i have , and my anti-virus was used to update once i lanuch my laptop now it is stopped and i don't know how to restart it again

i tried to follow your guide but i didn't understand what is writen in those files .

what i am supposed to do ?
