Ok my computer will generally restart with out warning, repeatedly. Mostly instigated by watching a high quality stream or video. In which case there will be a very loud Whirring buzzing sound, before the machine restarts. No BSOD screens of any kind. It just reboots to the start up splash screen with an "improper shutdown" notification. Where i am prompted to either start windows in normal or safe mode.
Now the fist thing that comes to mind for me obviously would be the graphics card, but the graphics card is no less then a week old. I had just installed it not long ago. So its absolutely impossible that the graphics card could be causing this issue.
Prior to these improper shutdowns, there were other symptoms noticeable such as consistent freezing and distorted audio and lastly major lag and stuttering of the computer, but never to a point to where it would actually reboot. Now of course, the issue has escalated and has gotten worse.
The motherboard it self is fairly new, so i don't see how it can be a damaged motherboard and the ram sticks were tested with memtest and everything checks out fine.
The only other culprit i can think of, is the PSU. The PSU is some what older to the other components in this build. But should be sufficient enough to run all of the hardware in this machine.
Here is the Graphics card i have:

So is there any way i can isolate this and find out what the actual issue is, before spending money on unnecessary hardware. The event viewer catalogs certain error messages but im not sure how to read them or what each of the error codes mean.
