I'm really not a tech at all…. I have just bought Honetech's VIDBOX for Mac to get my old camcorder tape footage onto my mac. When I downloaded and installed the software from their site, all was ok. I followed the online instructions and got to the stage where I simply have to press play on the camcorder and "record" on the screen, and while the camcorder is playing the footage, and the software is counting the time it is recording, the preview does not appear on the screen and nothing is saved?  Any ideas?
