windows help wont let me do anything [Solved]

Ok  I downloaded delfix, and removed the tools.  also, uninstalled the  adwcleaner.  I do run the Malwarebytes regularly.  My browser seems a little bit sluggish to open,  seems  a little long to me,  but if I am good,  then I am good.    Thanks for your prompt responses and all your help. 

What browser are we talking here, IE, Firefox or Chome or is it all three that are slow

I do not use IE at all  I am currently using Firefox.

Lets try setting FF back to default and see if it helps
