What type of graphics card would be ideal and compatible with the Asus H81M-K Motherboard and the Foxconn H61MXP Motherboard?  Or would the onboard graphics on both the motherboards be sufficient?  The two computers will be used mainly for browsing the internet, checking emails and running Microsoft Office.  Can someone please advise me?

The onboard graphics should be fine for the uses you mentioned.

I would try it that way first then if not happy look into getting new PCI-E video cards.

Asus H81M-K

Integrated Graphics Processor
Multi-VGA output support : DVI/RGB ports
- Supports DVI with max. resolution 1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz
- Supports RGB with max. resolution 1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz
Maximum shared memory of 1024 MB
Supports Intel® InTru™ 3D, Quick Sync Video, Clear Video HD Technology, Insider™

Foxconn H61MXP

Intel HD Graphices , support VGA display onboard

Looks top me like the ASUS is abetter board.

when looking at graphics card compatibility there are 2 things you need to check (not including physical size of if it will fit in the case.), first is what power supply unit (psu) watt rating you have installed and what the watt rating of the graphics card your considering,

the psu needs to be rated at or higher than the card, so for example if you had a 300 watt psu in your pc you could not fit a graphics card that required a 400 watt psu without also upgrading the psu.

the second is what graphics type slot is on the mother board and also required by the card.

usually now they are going to be pci-e so no problems but in times past they may have been pci or agp type slots so even though this doesn't really come into things any more it is always worth checking just in case.

as ztrucker says tho. for what your doing onboard should be fine.
