Go to Windows Update and see if it's offered. If not, click Restore hidden updates and see if it shows then.
Click on the Help and Support link and download and install it that way otherwise.
I just read where another update was issues to fix that .
It was issued on 3-12-14 and is KB 2938527 which involves Internet Explorer/Flash Player. I do have that one.
If I am wrong, please let me know so I can pursue it further and be safe.
Thank you for replying.

Online info says:
Windows Update will not offer this security update to Windows RT-based computers until update 2808380 is installed. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
2808380 Windows RT-based device cannot download software updates or Windows Store apps
Again, click on the Help and Support link for more info.
My understanding is that if you have KB 2938527 you are fine and do not need any other downloads.
Is this your understanding also.
I don't see that stated anywhere. All I can find is this: KB2934802
Note This update is not cumulative. To install this update from Windows Update, you must have the following earlier update installed:
2916626 Microsoft Security Advisory: Update for vulnerabilities in Adobe Flash Player in Internet Explorer: January 14, 2014The previous update (2929825), released on February 4, 2014, is not a dependency. The fixes contained in 2929825 have been rolled into this current update (2934802).
Under that it has places to download and install the update. Did you try that?
I read that KB2934802 was a problem so Windows issued KB 2938527 a day later to cover up the bundled Explorer and Flash Player problem.
I did not see KB 2934802 but do see the latter.
I run Belarc advisor after instating KB 2938527 and it says all is fine whereas before KB 2938527 it used to say one update missing.
When I run Windows update it agrees with Belarc. It is a critical issue so I hope we we are both covered.
Perhaps you got the update and I did not therefore I was issued the update as a fix.
Please see my prntscrn, the 8th one down.
