"I have a sime problem with fake app attach: misleading application file download 3 that was posted/resolved earlier this month. Mozilla keeps crashing regardless of what website I'm on, but so far chrome seems to be unaffected.

Should follow the same steps as was in the Jan 3 thread about this same virus? I have limited computer knowledge and would really appreciate simple DIY steps and/or someone to walk me through how to fix it. Many thanks!!!"

I am experiencing the same problems with my computer, and as the previous user above mentioned I also have limited knowledge. Thank you so much for your time!!
