What are torrent files and how does one download such files?

the use of Peer to Peer ( P2P) file sharing, torrents etc is a very effective way of infecting your computer as it is a major vector for the distribution of malicious code, Worms, Trojans, Viruses etc., 


Our  Whatthetech Terms of Use, specifically preclude discussions on that topic due to the risks of infection in their use.
