I need help to send emergency meeting detail to all my business partners or clients from computer system using android mobile. I don't have internet connection at this time and i want to send meeting detail urgently. Can anyone suggest me any solution????
Can you not just keep adding recipients until you have them all ? I don't know how many entries it can take though, also be aware of cost, depending on your plan this may be expensive, and worst case there may be a spam setting on the network, where it will catch a flood of messages as a bad thing and block them, and possibly you, I really don't know how likely this is, it may well vary between providers, but I raise awareness incase. There are only 2 methods I would suggest using, regardless of there being such a tool for Android, first use your phone to go online, and log into your webmail, then simply send from there as you normally would, this is by far the best way to go, it's no different than you would normally do, with the exception of using your mobile as the tool to get there. The 2nd way is use your phone connected to your PC via it's cable, here you have a further 2 options, either use the phone as a modem, and send from your PC as per normal, albeit using the slower service of your mobile, OR, launch the software for the phone (usually supplied by the makers), and send the messages directly from the phone, but only x number at a time, just to be safe rather than finding you get blocked due to suspicious traffic (flooding), the benefit of doing this on the PC is you can see better who you have and haven't done, and you can type directly in the phones message box from the PC, and can use copy and paste to save repeated typing, just work from A to Z, add say 10 people a time, then paste the message and send, repeat until done. Again be aware of costs with the 2nd way, using your phone as a modem is referred to as tethering, and depending on your plan it could be very expensive, if in doubt I suggest calling your provider and check with them before doing this, or it could cost you more than you think. That said using the phone via it's software to send x number of messages a time will cost you no more than it normally would, you just have the benefit of having a larger working screen area, and when dealing with involved situations like this the extra space on the PC screen makes life so much easier, and allows you to easily keep record of who you have and haven't sent messages to, the phones own display can be restrictive when dealing with large numbers of things, hope this helps.
