At first I thought "adwCleaner" fixed problem because my "Weatherbug" program loaded after reboot and did not display the usual "security certificate warning". but then the warning did appear; only this time it took a longer time than usual.

Here follow the results of running "adwCleaner" and "SecurityCheck":

Java runtime Environment out of date

Your Java runtime environment is outdated. We will fix this.
  • Get the actual JRE from here
  • Save jxpiinstall.exe to your desktop
  • Close all running programs, especially your browser(s)
  • Run jxpiinstall.exe. This will download the newest JRE installer ( Java 7 Update 4 ) and install the software
  • when finished, go to
Start–>control panel–>add/remove programs and remove all older Java versions. (if existing)
  • When finished, reboot your computer.
After the reboot
  • Open control panel again and click the java symbol.
  • Click Settings under Temporary Internet Files.
The Temporary Files Settings dialog box appears.
  • Click Delete Files.
The Delete Temporary Files dialog box appears
  • Click OK on Delete Temporary Files window.
  • Click OK again.

Do you have this problem in all browsers?
OK, I updated my JAVA. and did follow up instructions. It's actually JAVA Update 40.
I thought for sure the JAVA upgrade would fix the security alerts, but no, the false alerts still appear.

To answer your question: "Do you have this problem in all browsers?"
Yes, I use two browsers Google and IE; they both give false alerts on most browsed websites.
