Esta Landis I always turn off my computer screen when I walk away, so the kids don't mess w it, I came back and it was stuck on black, I could move my mouse nothing else at all on screen. I hit cntrl alt delete, it finally popped up and told me my screen saver failed to load, if the os doesn't respond, hit esc, or reset the computer by the power switch. I had to use the switch. have you experienced that before? could playing too many facebook games cause this problem??????
