Thanks again, Jeff.
My new desktop came with MSE and I like that it is not a heavy resource user. I usually don't put AVG on on older, slower computer because of it. I liked the way ESET found the trojan when AVG and Malwarebytes found nothing.
Zone Alarm used to bug me a lot to upgrade with a lot of nag screens but that has seemed to disappear with all the complaints to them. I hadn't noticed a lot of heavy resource usage with it except on bootup.
I'm concerned with Windows Firewall because I've heard that it protects well for incoming but lacks on outgoing.
I have been working with computers since 1983 and have built most of my own desktop units. It takes a lot to keep up with the rapid changes in computing.
Question. What happens to the trojan in quarantine? Does it get deleted? Also, did the old Restore points get removed/ Don't want to accidentally restore to a bad setup.
Thanks for all you tips and opinions. I believe we can close this topic now.

You are correct, but the Win7 firewall has had some great changes and it is really quite good. Whatever you are comfortable with is whats most important though.
Go to the directory here >> C:\FRST and just delete that if it is still there. That will remove the entry that ESET found in FRST's quarantine.

Yes…when we removed our tools a new restore point was created and all the rest should have been removed.
