Hi, I hope you can help me,

Three days ago, I opened the Junk Mail folder in Outlook and found there was only one message there. The body of the message was blank. I deleted the message and thought I saw something flash on the screen like a popup that had the words “system scan”. I wasn’t even sure what I saw so I just forgot about it. Later that day, I began to notice that my computer was running slower than usual. This morning, it was miserably slow and I was seeing popups in the lower left corner of browser window. One said PC Test Speed, another said "wrong plugin installed, click here." Well I knew I had a problem. I ran Malwarebytes and it found Trojan.LameShield and Trojan.0Access. I also saw several processes running in Task Manager (520099b4cc8794ac*32 for example), with many instances of the same process and they denied access to end them.

My Outlook is set up in reading pane mode so if this infection came from that email, would having it in reading pane automatically open the message? If so, then I suppose that it may be a security risk to have Outlook in reading pane. What do you think?

Here is my HijackThis log:

Per our Terms of Use

We offer free computer help and tech support for home and personal use. We are not here to support others that work for profit, or to support/replace your company's IT department.

I would recommend that since this is a college computer, it might probably be in your best interest (and that of your clients/students) to just back up everything and reformat your system. The ZeroAccess infection that you have already mentioned is a Backdoor Trojans, IRCBots or other Malware capable of stealing very important information.
Yes the infection can be removed but can be very tricky and is not without hazards to the system, but with it being a business/college computer your best bet is to have the IT Department save all stored data and reinstall the operating system. I would have your IT Dept save all files, pictures, music and anything else you know you have created and then format/reinstall the operating system.
