Right now I'm seeing it as being the issue since the components are not getting stable power.
We can continue with more steps to see if anything else is slowing the system down while you work on replacement of the PSU.

Is the system running any more stable yet? You didn't say which OS you have so I am including instructions on how to run the following program in XP, Vista and Win7

Go to
Start and then to Run
Type in Chkdsk /r Note the space between k and /
Click Enter …It will probably ask if you want to do this on the next reboot…click Y
If the window doesn't shutdown on its own then reboot the system manually. On reboot the system will start the chkdsk operation
This one will take longer then chkdsk /f

Note… there are 5 stages…
It may appear to hang at a certain percent for a hour or more or even back up and go over the same area…this is normal…
DO NOT SHUT YOUR COMPUTER DOWN WHILE CHKDSK IS RUNNING OR YOU CAN HAVE SEVERE PROBLEMS
This can take several hours to complete.
When completed it will boot the system back into windows.

Reboot after your done running chkdsk /r…
then Go to Start…Run and type: eventvwr.msc press Enter
When Event Viewer opens, click on Applications… then scroll down to Winlogon and double-click on it. This is the log created after running Checkdisk…copy and paste the log back here

We will advise after studying the log.

Tutorial for running chkdsk in Vista\Win 7 located HERE.
Sorry but there is no log there…. I saw the whole process of chkdisk….only one bad file sector was there….after it finished again chkdisk started it said volume is clean….bu after it started it hanged for a few moments again….

OK I see from your screenshot you are getting close to the upper level of minimum free space on your C partition.
Let me ask is just the OS installed on that partition or are there programs that you may not need or use anymore installed on that partition?

Might be! Should I uninstall them?
An average W7 OS with up-to-date updates, plus all average programs should take up no more space on C: than 15 to 17GB. Your C; drive is showing 63.27GB of used space! My W7 OS plus 47 programs, but no personal data ( automatically gets re-directed to my D: drive, my largest drive) takes up 15.53 GB, so you must have a lot of private data (videos, music. games, pictures etc) on it and a large chunk of it needs to be moved to another drive, unless you have some truly massive programs installed on C: (?). Cheers, Lee
Uninstall what you don't use or need and lets see if that will not only open free space but also help speed things up a little more. When you are done uninstalling make sure to run the Defrag again to just make sure everything is in order again.

Many Adobe(Photoshop, premiere, etc) as well as Auto desk Autocad, Maya etc.
I ran Tree professional, most of the place is taken b Bitdefender, and commonfiles of adobe.
Good News that, Auslogics Defrag is working, C is just 1% defragmented. But other are 10-15 % should i choose the option defrag and optimize?
