Thank you for providing theExtras.txt log but I need the OTL.txt log also. It should be on the desktop.

Still waiting for the OTL.txt log. Just send the first one you ran: it will have been saved in the same location as OTL

If I don't hear from you within 24 hours I will assume that you no longer require help.
