Hi,
Earlier today my computer (Sony Vaio, Vista) went crazy (whilst I was away from it for 20 minutes) and Win Anti Virus 2012 appeared (along with a load of stuff blocked by Symantec), I downloaded Malwarebytes Anti Malware and ran scans in safe mode and normal mode with Symantec Anti Virus which seemed to get rid of most of it.
However everytime I log on Symantec End-Point protection appears with 3 Trojan Horse warnings immeadiately quaranteed and asking me to restart to laptop with further malware (see picture below).

Furthermore PING.exe seems to be eating up space rapidly according to Task Manger and will not go away. I have also downloaded and run TDSS rootkit, to no success on the numerous scans I've done.
Would appreachiate help very much.
Thanks

Download OTL to your desktop.
Right click on OTL.exe and click "Run as Administrator" to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
When the window appears, underneath Output at the top change it to Minimal Output
Check the boxes beside LOP Check and Purity Check.
In the window under Custom Scans/Fixes copy and paste the following
Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of these files, one at a time, and post it with your next reply. You may need two posts to fit them all in.
