Now it's my turn

I fix everyone the computers for all my friends and relatives when they get cyber boogers, but now I got attacked, and cannot lick the problem. I'm very careful, and still don't know what is going on. MalWare bytes found infections, HouseCall found infections, but something is preventing FireFox to keep running, and IE keeps shutting down. This is being posted via Safari.
