ERROR /dev/sdb (process crash)

After a little googling, it appears to be a common DBAN error and is mentioned many times in their support forums here.
Importantly, the error comes at the end of a successful wipe and seems to be a BIOS or hardware conflict that occurs on some PCs,

Rather than trying to solve what is essentially a DBAN issue, I would ignore it and move on to re-installing your OS as nothing could have survived on your HDD.
