I was trying to download iTunes onto my laptop - but just encountered problems and it wouldn't load - so I decided to run my Comodo scan - it ran for 3 hours and with no sign of it finishing I shut it down. I then tried my Malwarebytes scan - it ran for 5 hours and didn't look like finishing, so I shut that down too.
When I boot up the laptop a password fills my "password box" and I need to wait a few seconds before clicking on it - it then lets my enter the password.
Last week not all keys on the keyboard were working either.
My laptop seems in a bad way - can anyone help with this?

When I boot up the laptop a password fills my "password box" and I need to wait a few seconds before clicking on it - it then lets my enter the password.
Last week not all keys on the keyboard were working either.
My laptop seems in a bad way - can anyone help with this?
