[After opening an e-mail, The computer stopped responding. I rebooted into safe mode and ran Malwarebytes, and Kaspersky antivirus. Nothing was found. While booting into safe mode and later a normal boot to windows, it takes two to three minutes to get to the desktop. all keypresses are slow to react. I tried to restore to an eariler date but it failed. Initally I couldn't log onto the internet but now, very slowly, it will connect. I also ran Ccleaner, ATF, and OTL. I am posting the extras.txt file from OTL and would appreciate a solution if possible.
