Hello- Ive attempted to create an avatar using MS paint...i cant find it on my PC. Its not showing up in accessories, run files, search..... I would like to run the XP Home c/d as "fix" program...find missing programs while connected to the net. There was a post in here some monthes ago about this very, exact thing, but dang if I can remember where it was..... :o Anyone with some help here would be greatly appreciated. Iam not up to pawing over MS "search" files .....all I need is the startup/ cmd prompt/run info HOW to run the disk...without crashing :weee: TY getsteppin

Maybe this will work:

Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs you will see three boxes down the left hand side

Click on Add/Remove Windows components

The screen that comes up

Highlight Accessories and Utilities
Click Details
Then Highlight Accessories
Click Details

You will see the subcomponents of Accessories

Check MS Paint, and follow the instructions as you hit the OK
