Ouch...Windows Security Alterts Virus

Started wtih "Virus Detected" then auto-ran a new virus scan and said I had lots of viruses and that I needed to buy their product to fix it… I knew this was a virus and ran Malware Bytes Anti-Malware. It removed several viruses, but a fake icon was still in my system tray and if you clicked on it, would re-activate the virus. It came back several days ago and started to get messages of a disk crash and buy this software to fix the bad disk… Malware Byes once again removed the virus, but not seeming completely.

Thought I'd better get help from a professional… here is my hijackthis log. Thanks in advance for your help. Sophie

I need to ask you if this is a company owned computer. The malware removal forum is set up to help those in need of assistance with their personal computers. If it's a Company owned computer / or Server, contact your IT person we prefer not to help due to liability, but if there is no IT department we can help but not take any responsibility for the data - if you feel comfortable with that.Please let me know in your next post and we will continue.
