However, as you can see, Limewire has downloaded infected files. As this is now commonplace and largely where malware originates, (ALL P2P, not just Limewire), I would reiterate my point in suggesting that you uninstall it

Now that you’re free from malware, as long as your computer seems to be running well, please follow these simple steps to tidy up you computer and decrease the likelihood of getting infected again:
Uninstall OTL
• Double-click
OTL.exe
• Click the
CleanUp! button.
• Select
Yes when the
Begin cleanup Process? prompt appears.
• If you are prompted to reboot during the cleanup, select
Yes.
• The tool will delete itself once it finishes, if not delete it by yourself.
NOTE: If you receive a warning from your firewall or other security programs regarding OTL attempting to contact the internet, please allow it to do so.

Create a Restore Point
• Click
Start Menu, Run
• Copy and paste the following:
%SystemRoot%\System32\restore\rstrui.exe
• Press
OK
• Choose
Create a Restore Point then click
Next. Name it (something you'll remember) and click
Create
• When the confirmation screen shows that the restore point has been created, click
Close.
Remove old restore points• Go to
Start, Programs, Accessories, System tools, Disk Cleanup
• When the Disc Cleanup dialog box appears, click
OK
• When it finishes running, a box with tabs will appear, select the
”More options” tab
• On this tab you will find a section for System Restore
• If you press the
Clean Up button for that section, Windows will delete all restore points except for the most recent one.

Your Java is out of date. Older versions have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system.
Please follow these steps to remove older version Java components and update.
- Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 25 and save it to your desktop.
- Scroll down to where it says JDK 6 Update 25 (JDK or JRE)
- Click the Download JRE button to the right
- Select the Windows platform from the dropdown menu.
- Read the License Agreement and then check the box that says: "I agree to the Java SE Runtime Environment 6u25 with JavaFX 1 License Agreement". Click on Continue. The page will refresh.
- Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation and save the file to your desktop.
- Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
- Go to Start > Control Panel, double-click on Add or Remove Programs and remove all older versions of Java.
- Check (highlight) any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE or Java™ 6) in the name.
- Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
- Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java versions.
- Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
- Then from your desktop double-click on jre-6u25-windows-i586.exe to install the newest version.
- After the install is complete, go into the Control Panel (using Classic View) and double-click the Java Icon. (looks like a coffee cup)
- On the General tab, under Temporary Internet Files, click the Settings button.
- Next, click on the Delete Files button
- There are two options in the window to clear the cache - Leave BOTH CheckedApplications and Applets
Trace and Log Files
- Click OK on Delete Temporary Files Window
Note: This deletes ALL the Downloaded Applications and Applets from the CACHE. - Click OK to leave the Temporary Files Window
- Click OK to leave the Java Control Panel.
