Paragon - Free Licenses

Hi Folks,

While I am loathe to recommend Facebook, many of you already have Facebook accounts and have configured your privacy with due consideration.

If you do have a Facebook account or feel comfortable registering one, there is presently a great offer from Paragon Back Up 2010.

Doing full .iso image backups is highly recommended and could save you much grief in the event of future catastrophic problems.

Thanks Doug :thumbup: EDIT: Grrrrrrr, I did the whole click like and registered the product, got the product key etc but cant find where I can download it. I guess they couldnt give us something for nothing and then make it easy for us techno dummies as well :rofl:

lol, I contacted support and they have replied back saying the "special" download was only available back on thier facebook page and not anywhere else, but since the promo has finished its basically tough luck! So I just had a look back on thier fb page and there are a LOT of very angry people!! I just think muh, no big deal, just a tad annoying. Oh and TomK, I have a facebook page cos I am a nosey stalker! :rofl: EDIT: I just added my 2 cents worth to thier fb page lol. Maybe if enough people complain they might put the download back up for those who already have the key (and pigs may fly but weirder things have happened lol).

UPDATE: Found it! Did a lot of "nosing" around :rofl: (oh Tomk, u are never gunna live that down haahaa) and found the link that took me straight to the download. Seems to have all gone ok so far so heres hoping. I posted it on thier fb page which Im expecting they might not be too happy about lol, but they conducted the free promo a bit dodgidly finishing it early and not explaining that you couldnt download from thier website :rant2: so I think its a fair call. Chrissy :D EDIT: Not sure if I can post the link on here, but if I get the ok from the powers that be, I will, cos for people like Lee who do not have a fb account, after downloading from the link it also gives you the option to ask for a free serial and key before installing :lol: Haa haa, now they are offering thier 30 day free trial version to those who missed out. Lol, that big of them :lol:

Post Away! Ooops. Sorry. I had to delete that Link since we do not allow Direct Download Links without prior inspection and approval for safety reasons. Where did you find the link "just before" the direct download link? If we can go to a website page and then navigate to the download, that could be more easily allowed. Doug

Registration take you to the download from Paragon, after receiving the Key via email to your registration email address.

Thankyou Doug, but Paragon will only supply you with registration and an email with the key and serial, when I tried it that way earlier it still didnt give me any download. :( Maybe hopefully that has changed? . I understand that you cant publish 3rd party links and the reasons why, just thought it might be helpful. Ive got mine now and its working fine so Im happy :lol:

Unfortunately, most products and many/most sites are run by the Marketing side of the business. Things might be dramatically different if IT had more of a voice in things.
