Hello meme3160, Could you be a bit more specific about the problem? Does the laptop freeze when you're running a certain application, does it happen every time? How long has it been freezing like this? Cheers, Nahumi

It has been doing it for the past month at least. Alot of times when using regular websites and also when using yahoo messenger (version8). I could be in the middle of texting something and it freezes up

Both on a table and lap. When on lap it has air flowing thru underneath. If its not being used its either in "sleep" mode, "hibernate" or turned off.
