Open OTL and click on Clean Up and it will remove programs we used to clean your system along with there backups

hey Ken, when I got home tonight I opened firefox and all of a sudden I have a yahoo toolbar, zynga, weboftrust and some other nonsense.

I have no idea how any of this got here. When I don't agree to weboftrusts user agreement it locks up firefox. I did download firefox version 4 today but it worked fine with no bugs.

I ran mbam and found nothing.

Ken, so sorry to bother you. I removed all the crud in the tools tab on firefox. lol I thought perhaps some of the stuff had to do with the work we did. thanks again for all your help! :woot:
