Hi my kaspersky 2011 picked up a Trojan called HEUR:trojan.Win32.Generic any idea what it is or how to remove it i clean and scan my pc at least once a week so don't no why i get Trojans so plz help

Hi, it sounds likely that you may have picked up a bit of cleverly hidden malicious code that is giving you problems...... to get this checked out, take a look here:

follow the directions carefully and post your logs in the correct forum (not here in this subforum please) and a malware removal expert will advise you if any steps are necessary to clean your machine, and provide you with step by step directions as required.

Once your machine has been declared clean, post back here in this sub forum if you are still having issues with it and we will take it from there
