Ok so the problem is, this game won't start for me.
http://games.adultswim.com/amateur-surgeon-2-twitchy-online-game.html

I have found the culprit to be the HOSTS file, since when I restore it back to it's original state, the game loads.
I use MVPs hosts file and spybot immunize function.

I tried page sourcing and found that the game is actually hosted on adultswim so I searched for all lines in the HOSTS file for adultswim and deleted(there were few).
However the game was still blocked.

Now to do trial and error on this is kinda time consuming + it takes like a whole minute to work with a 4mb txt file(125k lines in the hosts).
Anyone can think of something else?
I normally would not recommend using both the MVP hosts file and SpyBots immunize feature. I personally don't like SpyBots Immunize but that's me. Immunize adds a bunch of sites to your Restricted Zone in Internet Options. Did you check in there?
Hello uchkur, I've also got the MVP hosts file, and the game doesn't load either. But, that doesn't mean it's blocked. I can still right click it to edit Flash settings. If it was blocked content, it just wouldn't load up as a Flash application. My guess is that the game is just broken. Cheers, Nahumi
Thanks for the replies, I fixed my problem. It appears that it was some strange site [random charachters]fwmrm.net that needed to be unblocked. I solved it by looking at the bottom left corner of firefox where it says "connecting to" "waiting for reply" etc. The sites moved quickly so I had to video capture my screen and then go frame by frame to check the sites it connects to :D all the trouble…
