Is this rig going to work satisfactorily with W7, or would sticking to XP be a better plan?

Cheers,

I decided to stick with XP for now considering the motherboard's drivers won't be able to support an installation of Windows7. From doing a little more research, I also found out that the processor type I have is not fully compatible with the motherboard. The RAM was fine all along. I walked away with this issue learning a couple valuable lessons in the end. Once again, Thanks for your help, time and patience on this matter to you and Doug!
