Hello Manaaja,
You appear to have a fine machine with monstrously strong features!
Maybe I missed something in your posted comments, but I do not know specifically what features are performing "slowly"
Nor do I know what initially prompted you to use Advanced System Optimizer…. was there a problem you were trying to fix?
I do realize that Advanced System Optimizer may have caused some difficulties that you are now trying to sort.
But what was the initial issue you had wanted to resolve?
Thanks for any comments you may be able to make to clarify the above.
Doug
Hiya Doug.
There were some slowdown issues and sluggishness, believe it or not.
Some hardware interrupts and spikes every minute or two (at the moment). When i started the thread, they occupied ~20% of the processor and spiked ~70%.
But now, its almost back to normal. Going to try the keyboard with the extension cable for a moment and see if it works (usb cable), since it didnt work too well an hour ago, thanks to ASO3.
No idea why it would have fixed itself though.
System Restore was the first thing i did, but didnt help at all.
Seems like im going to keep my hands off from reg cleaners for a long time.
That was going to be my suggestion (System Restore) since the other backup options appear to have failed.
Bummer.
Thanks for using Artello's SINO to post information about your machine.
What an excellent inventory he has created! A little boggy to sort through, but comprehensive.
At first glance, two things leap out at me.
1. you seem to have (30) thirty instance of Google Chrome running active on your machine, all at the same time.
What's that all about?
2. Running Spyware Guardian and Spybot Search & Destroy "active" at the same time may be causing conflicts (detecting each other's data base and engine activities)
Other that the above, you have a few unnecessary "updaters" that I tend to remove.
And maybe your C:\ is overly large.
I like to keep a relatively small C:\ (Maybe 30-50gb) with only Windows operating system and the applications that insist upon installing there.
What is the bulk of stuff you have installed on C:\ ?
1. The 30 instances for chrome come from plugins/extensions and different tabs.
2. i've read somewhere couple months ago that you can run those two at the same time with no problems. But I have no idea what those fixes were so ill just keep it off for a while, but it still hasnt been an issue.
And yeah, I tend to clean my C:\ drive every month from useless program and such. And after lan parties it tends to get quite full of useless junk.
Also, C:\ contains mostly games. (faster loading times and so on.)
Oh yeah, keyboard seems to work nicely for some reason, occasional hardware interrupt spikes here and there.
dayam computers. magic i say.
I Reinstalled it when you suggested check the backups, should I uninstall it?
I would.
Most "windows problems" can be fixed most effectively with native MS utilities.
Third-party utilities generally poll the ms utilities for configuration and issues, then repackage the output report and recommendations.
Just a fancy way to intrude a user GUI where one may not have been necessary, and at worst might interfere.
If you are not familiar with the specific steps, you can most often Google, and if still in need, you are welcome to post.
Just a thought,.. Over heating of the CPU or graphics card may cause:

Have you had a visual inspection of the CPU Heatsink and fan?
HD Tune can help view the temperature of your hard drive/s, next time you have these hardware interrupts and spikes,..
Run HDTune
select the Health Tab
select Copy to clipboard, (for each drive)
please paste results.
To discover the type of Errors the machine has encountered recently, use Event Viewer.
Go to Start - Run, type eventvwr.msc, then Press Enter.
When the Event Viewer opens, there will be two panes.
The left pane is for event categories (Application, Security, and System).
The right pane is for event messages (Information, Warning, and Error). (We want to find errors.)
Left-click the Application category in the left pane and check for any error messages in the right pane, they will be in RED.
You want to find the one(s) that occurred at the same time your system encountered the problem you have posted about.
Repeat the previous step for each category, or until you find an appropriate error to investigate.
Double-click the error message to bring up the information.
Click the third button on the right side of the information window (copies information)
(These instructions are based on Windows XP, if you need additional help please don't hesitate to ask.)

Cleaned the CPU Heatsink and the GPU from dust ~1½ weeks ago, an open case needs frequent cleaning in a dusty room.
GPU temp is ~47 and ~65 under load (nVidias recommendation is somewhere around 75, i think). The CPU mostly never goes over 40 celcius.
Also, Upgrading BIOS to 1.15 (1.F) did nothing, doing a repair install on Windows 7 did nothing, underclocking the CPU and fiddling with voltages did nothing.
Still got the issue with the keyboard, but thats propably due to the hardware interrupts.
I dont even know if this theard belongs into this section anymore. :U

From Event Viewer, these were the only ones with any connection to the Hardware Interrupts.
And if a program uses the CPU, lets say ~60% of one core, hardware interrupts are most likely to take 30% of that core.

Just a wild question…. how long is your USB extension for keyboard?
Anything over 9 feet is likely to start causing problems.
________________________________________________
If I understand your correctly, you have various game applications installed.
There's a pretty good chance that one of them has a call that is failing.
Comment for future reference if the above doesn't help…. May be related to DES Dynamic Energy Saver, which can be uninstalled and reinstalled.
USB extension is 2m (6½ feet) long, so that shouldnt be a problem.
The keyboard is currently plugged directly into a usb port at the back of the computer.
And as i've said in my first post, clean boot did nothing. Still, tried it again and got the same results.
Could it be a problem with the 320GB Seagate Drive (C:\), since it's fairly old, 4 to 5 years or so?
It has been working like a charm, unlike the newer 500GB Seagate one, which failed after the first five months.

Probably nothing to do with your 320gb Seagate C:\ , because PCPitstop Full Tests shows that it is clipping along at 56mb/s which is very good.
If you want to at this time, you could run CHKDSK /r against your C:\ (Maybe do this as maintenance every month or two)
Some would suggest to also run Defrag (while running in SAFE Mode) but I am not convinced there would be much benefit. (Maybe run Defrag once every 6 months or once per year)
I'm wondering about WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation)
You are not running a server operating system, but if you are hosting LAN parties, there may be some similarities.
It might be possible that one or some of your gaming software is setting filters.
