Trojan/malware infection - now have .dll files missing

Hi say-no-2-trojans,

• Click your start button, click run
• Copy and paste the following bold text into the run box and click ok
  
  
  dcomcnfg

The Component Services Console should open

• Click the + sign beside Component Services (you may need to click on the name before clicking the + sign)
• Click the + sign beside Computers
• Right Click My Computer and select Properties
• Click the COM Security tab.
• Under Launch and Activation Permissions, clicked Edit Default
• click on Launch IIS Process Account (DAVEMOSS\IWAM_YOUR-A97EC67E86)
• Click the remove button
