Hello, have an older Dell inspiron 1100 that my parents gave me that was really messed up taking almost 10 minutes to boot and running horribly. I have sped it up a lot just turning off start up stuff and doing some clean-up but it is still slow to do things, the graphics are out of sync and choppy and am getting weird problems with my modem. Also, would it be worth reflashing the bios on this machine?
